Hello
I’m Kelley Cantos, MA, PCC, AMFT—an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist supervised by Shanda Brennan, LCSW. I’m also a wife and a proud sports mom who understands the beautiful chaos of balancing work, family, and the desire to show up as our best selves for our kids.
I understand the emotional toll that life’s pressures can bring. From the overwhelm of balancing responsibilities to the weight of societal expectations that tell us we should be further ahead or have it all figured out. Whether you’re a child learning to manage big feelings, a teen navigating the ups and downs of competitive sports and added responsibilities, or an adult trying to keep it all together, it’s easy to feel like you’re falling short. I want you to know—it’s okay to be on a different path.

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
I work with children, teens, and adults to help them better understand their emotions, strengthen self-awareness, and build healthy ways to cope with life’s challenges. Whether it’s managing anxiety, navigating performance pressure, or feeling weighed down by expectations, my goal is to help you feel grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.
I believe healing looks different for everyone, and therapy should honor that individuality. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, blending mindfulness, movement, breathwork, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with play-based and creative interventions that allow expression beyond words. Together, we focus on emotional regulation, resilience, and finding balance that feels real and sustainable.
In our work, my hope is that you or your child feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow at your own pace. It’s okay not to have everything figured out. Healing doesn’t have to look perfect—it just has to be yours.
