Hello
I’m Kelley Cantos, MA, AMFT—an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist supervised by Shanda Brennan, LCSW. I’m also a wife, mom of two, and a big believer in holistic living. Living with an autoimmune disease, I know firsthand how challenging chronic and "invisible" illnesses can be—not just physically, but emotionally too. The anxiety, depression, and constant feeling of being misunderstood can take a real toll. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others navigate these struggles. In my practice, I integrate mindfulness, movement, breathwork, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients manage their thoughts, emotions, and overall well-being. My goal is to support people in finding balance, healing, and a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.
