SUPERVISION
Supportive Supervision for Growing Therapists
At Let it Be Therapy, we believe that quality supervision is the foundation of a strong, confident, and skilled mental health professional. Shanda Brennan, LCSW, offers supervision for Marriage and Family Therapist Trainees, Professional Clinical Counselor Trainees, Social Worker Interns, as well as Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs), Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCCs), and Associate Clinical Social Workers (ACSWs).

Supervision is more than just meeting requirements—it’s about growth, support, and empowerment. Under Shanda’s guidance, new clinicians receive a safe, encouraging, and collaborative space to develop their clinical skills, deepen their therapeutic approach, and gain confidence in their work. Her supervision style is insightful, strengths-based, and tailored to meet the individual needs of each clinician, fostering both professional and personal growth.
Supervision at Let it Be Therapy includes:
✔ Case consultation & clinical guidance – Helping you navigate complex cases with confidence.
✔ Skill development & theoretical integration – Supporting you in finding your own authentic therapeutic style.
✔ Ethics & best practices – Ensuring you feel grounded in legal, ethical, and clinical decision-making.
✔ Self-care & therapist well-being – Because the best therapists take care of themselves, too!
We strive to create a nurturing and empowering environment where new mental health professionals can thrive. Whether you’re just starting out or working toward licensure, our goal is to support you in becoming a competent, compassionate, and empowered clinician.
