Professional Clinical Counselor
Rooted in a blend of humanistic and person-centered therapy, I create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused brief therapy to provide personalized, effective interventions that foster resilience and personal growth.

Beyond traditional therapy, I embrace creative and holistic approaches to healing. As a photographer, I help individuals rediscover their beauty and strength, offering a powerful visual affirmation of their resilience. I am well-versed in crisis intervention and resource management, ensuring clients have the support they need in their most vulnerable moments.

With a growing passion for exploring the mind-body connection and alternative trauma healing methods, I seek to offer a well-rounded approach to therapy. I see the person behind the pain and work diligently to help each client recognize their inherent worth and potential. Through empathy, advocacy, and innovative healing techniques, I walk alongside my clients as they move toward a healthier, more empowered future.
